Kombucha in India: The Rising Trend of This Healthy Probiotic Drink

Stallion Kombucha is the anti-soda. Soda is high in sugar, Stallion is high in bacteria that eat sugar. Soda has a simple sweet taste, Stallion has a complex flavor profile. Soda skews your sense of taste to extremely high levels of sugar that eclipse delightful subtler flavors, Stallion blends subtle and pungent flavors artfully. Soda deteriorates your health, Stallion builds it up. Soda is manufactured as unnaturally as possible, Stallion is made with natural ingredients and processes only. Particularly, the complex process we only partially understand, harnessing ancient nanotechnology— fermentation. While ancient, the complex processes of these microorganisms are still largely a mystery. Science cannot yet answer thoroughly the question “What is Kombucha?”

Stallion starts as 2 elements- the starter bacteria (which originated hundreds or thousands of years ago, depending on which research you believe), and tea. The starter bacteria then multiply in the tea, creating all sorts of useful byproducts, such as gluconic acid, which helps regulate your body’s acidity. Soda is high in phosphoric acid, which is associated with poor bone health, kidney disease, dental problems, gut disruption, and all-cause mortality. But it’s part of the preservatives that allow soda to sit at room temperature, instead of needing refrigeration like kombucha.

Stallion colors its kombucha with things like hibiscus, chlorella, spirulina, curcumin, and other things that people take as natural supplements to boost health. Soda food colorings are based on what chemical is cheapest to manufacture and are associated with cancer, behavioral problems, neurological toxic effects, allergic reactions, inflammation and immune system disruption, and gut disruption.

Coca-Cola (while invented 20 years after the first soda) was originally intended to be medicinal, created by a morphine addict from the American Civil War looking for a natural substitute. Of course, that meant including cocaine for the first 40 years, but at least they meant well. Over time, it became more profitable to hook people on sugar, and soda didn’t need the pretense of being good for health.

Stallion has the opposite dynamic of old & new. Stallion is a new company driven by its ideals more than profits, and its CEO would love to chat with you about it. It has a new formulation of Kombucha tea that emphasizes a magical taste. It’s made however from the same old Kombucha tea probiotics cultivated in monasteries and temples for their health effects for hundreds or thousands of years (depending on who you believe). It wants to hook you on health, community, and an unbeatable experience rather than addict you to sugar.

So, what makes Stallion the ideal anti-soda? Not that it’s a healthy drink instead of being unhealthy. Not that it’s artistic and pays attention to detail instead of generic mass production. Not that it’s a rebel going against the flow in a world that wants to make you more of a consumer, and instead offers satiety. Not that it’s a hot new take on a flamingly beautiful tradition. Not that it builds a community to make good decisions easier and more rewarding.

What makes Stallion Stallion is that every day it sees the fantasy of something new and says, “How do we make that real?”
